Wine development release 5.13 is now available for Linux FreeBSD and macOS

The Wine development release 5.13 is now available.

What's new in this release:

• Re-mapping of INI files to the registry.
• System call thunks in NTDLL.
• Reimplementation of floating point numbers printing.
• Beginnings of a restructuration of the console support.
• Various bug fixes.

The source is available now. Binary packages are in the process of being built, and will appear soon at their respective download locations.
