a first-person shooter Star Wars video game, released in the US on 1 March 2005. It was developed and published by LucasArts for the Microsoft Windows and Xbox platforms. The game is set during the events of the Clone Wars that started at the climax of the movie Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones. In the game, the player is expected to take command of a Clone commando team, made up of elite Clone troopers. These clone troopers have been specially bred at the clone factories on Kamino. The commando team will travel to various locations in the Star Wars universe, including Kashyyyk, Geonosis, and the derelict spacecraft, Prosecutor. Wine configuration This application was tested with Wine 0.9.54 This is with a clean configuration directory and running in a 1024x768 virtual desktop. $ winecfg Once the .wine directory is built the configuration tool will start and you can set a virtual desktop in the graphics tab if you wish. Star Wars: Republic Commando Demo install If you have the full game just mount the CD and change directory "cd" to the mount point and run the install. $wine RepublicCommandoDemo.exe   Star Wars: Republic Commando Demo first run change directory "cd" to the install directory and run: $wine SWRepublicCommando.exe The executable is in LucasArts/Star Wars Republic Commando Demo/GameData/System    NotesThis game works very well, I have not seen any serious defect and its performance is excellent.
