Everything is the same on FreeBSD as on Linux as well here.. All you have to do is install cabextract, wget & unzip from ports and then run ies4linux and it will do everything for you. You will want to look at the Linux guide and see some of the suggestions that I make about how to fix a couple annoyances that's present in the default install.
